Weird smell

Anyone know why I would have a funny smell in my nose after every workout? You know that feeling when your swimming and water gets in your nose. Well it smells like that and bloody nose mix! (Nasty I know lol) Weird!

I've read that it means you're not eating enough carbs....I eat plenty of carbs and I can still smell it when I've been running. I drink loads of water too so it's not that. At least you know you're not alone!

its nasal drip , probably from inhaling sweat and moisture
