Hi. Got my daughters father in law coming round for tea today so doing a chicken curry (cheating using a jar!!) could somebody please pro point this for me as he's following the weight watchers plan. Thanks in advance J

Sugar: 4.4g
Fat: 5.5g
Saturated Fat: 0.4g
Fibre: 1.7g
Sodium: 0.29g
Salt: 0.72g. PER 100g0 -
Is that just for the curry sauce? I haven't followed weight watchers in a while, and I haven't done the newer versions, but I would take a stab at about 2 points...I remember it being somewhere around 50cal = 1 point...when guestimating...0
