Hi... I have recently began the Daily Burn and love it. However, the calories it says I burned seem WAY off. Also Im not sure what exercises to match them up with in the exercise log. Anyone else notice this and how do you handle it?. TIA!!

you need to give your stats AND exercises/ duration for us to have a clue.0

I use a heart rate monitor for daily burn - and the calories Daily Burn has is about double what my heart rate monitor says for cardio activities. It's fairly accurate for lower heart rate activities like pilates or yoga.0

I find that it is under for me..... but everybody's body is different0

I ignore what DB says. They can't really know what I burn without a HRM. It's an estimate based on your stats. And it assumes how hard you may have worked.0

I just did a daily burn core workout, basically yoga and pilates, told me I burned 377. Enter that time on here, says it would be a 70 calorie burn. I dont have a HRM but I feel more like 70. I think daily burn is way off.0
