I don't think there is question so I will reply and say this..... If you log in daily and honestly and accurately log in your nutrition and activities this does work...
I am hooked on logging in daily and I even went out and bought me a Fitbit... So I am exercising and eating better....

Hey all I am new to this app and just trying to figure out a few things. I'm not sure where I can up date my weight manually I know if I complete my daily dairy it does but it's 10

Go to Home, Check in, choose Edit previous entires...0 -

Gia, I believe I'm hooked on logging everything everyday too. It going to be amazing to see how my body transforming through this process.
P.S. Hawaii nice especially the weather! But it's nothing to be jealous of I rather be back in the mainland!
