Transformation: Before and After!

Estimate time was roughly 16 weeks, I landed third place at a show so I am happy with it. And now I am just slowly packing on size.
Weight went from was 180 - 151

Very impressive. What were your stats before and after Height/Weight/Bf%? I'm guessing around Bf 6% in the after? I started at 191 at the beginning of the year at about 19%0
