Why is my daily Protein goal so low?? it is only 69 gm/day. I know about the role of protein when trying to lose weight and I shoot for 150 gm every day, but 69 gm seems low.
Any ideas? :ohwell:

I read in a health journal that your daily protein intake should equal your body weight multiplied by .37. Too much protein will actually damage your kidneys.0

Go to "MY HOME" > "Goals" > "Change Goals" > "Custom" > Adjust carbs/fat/protein ratio > ??? > Profit!0

You can custome adjust your goals at any time to reflect what you believe your optimal diet would look like...I think you go to goals- settings -- change goals and adjust from there. I upped my protein recently and it has definitely helped. It is done by % so when you up protein--- fat or carbs go down... If you are taking in lots of protein, be sure you have the fiber and water intake to balance it out. Best wishes.0
