Looking for a Weight Loss Buddy. 5'4ish 130-133ish

I would like a buddy who is serious about working out and who has the same fitness goals as me. I am 131-132 right now and 5'4. I want to be 110 by Aug. I am doing the 30 Day Shred. Anyone?

  • I'm doing the 30 day shred as well! I've done it before (back when I was diligent) and lost over 60 pounds, but have put 10 of that back on and want to so something before it's too late and I gain even more. I'm only trying to get down to 130 though!

    I just started level 3 of the 30 day shred! I'm 5'2 and 137 right now. My current goal is to get to 125, but I would LOVE to be 115 again!

    I am 5'5.. currently at 131 but want to get down to 124. I started the 30DS about 18 days ago. I have been pretty good.. only missed 4 days. I am not doing any other workouts as I really want to see if this 20 minute every day is effective. I used to spend lots of time at the gym and running. I am just burnt out. Not with the running, but I would like the running to be something that I enjoy and not a method to lose the weight because then i lose the joy i get out of it.

    My weight loss has come to a complete loss it seems. I haven't lost a lb in the last 2 weeks. Guess I should increase my calorie intake?? That's what I have been reading.
