I Lost 18lb in one month using fitness pal

Hi, I first discovered fitness pal a little while back, a year or so ago, but wasn't really in the committed stage of wanting to make weight loss. Deciding I wanted a better body for the beach next year I decided to research diet, nutrition and exercise in depth. Using fitness pal to mintor my calrie intake and it's suggested defects and nutrient balance I have manged to lose 18lb since New Year's Eve! Please chat with me for any pointers of how I manged this.

  • Hello there. Well I just studied on the whole theory of fat storage and how it is actually hormonal. Of course there has to be a calorie deficit. But actually discovering that cutting out sugar alone stop the body storing fat. After that just ate more protein and started a kettle bell class once a week. I hope you reach your goals :)
