    Girl, I am sooooooooo depressed!!! I can't seem to shake these fast food cravings and it is showing on the scale. :( I weighed this morning and I gained 2 pounds :( So I guess I need to change my stats!

    congrats on the losses and those who are not losing, IT WILL HAPPEN!!! JUST KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!! I am fighting my own weight battle too! This is the worst I have done since I started dieting and it can be very depressing! But hold your head high and remember, you are not doing this for a challenge, you are doing this for YOU!!!!! KEEP IT UP, GUYS!!!

    My goal is to lose 40 more pounds by August 13th, soooooooooooo, I am hoping to have some people join me! So, I got a new challenge for ya: LET'S LOSE 40 POUNDS BY AUGUST 13TH! This is a very healthy date, just a little over 2 pounds a week. I don't care how you do it, as long as you lose it! If you lose it before 8/13 that is wonderful, but I want the deadline to be 8/13. You can just diet to lose it, you can diet AND exercise to lose it (which is easier and recommended), however you want to do it is fine with me. We should report our results once a week either Sunday or Wednesday and all you have to report is your starting weight, current weight and goal weight (you can also report any exercise if you wish for that week). i want some people to really join me in this journey and us to support each other along the way! What do ya say??? Are you in?


    Is it too late to join this? My wedding anniversary is August 14th, so what an amazing accomplishment this would be for me!!! Would love to join, if you're still accepting "members." :happy:

    My current scale just bit the dust and I'm in the process of buying a new one (would love to find it in a store, but the one I want I can't find in a store, am ordering from Amazon so it should be here soon). Last time a weighed (accurately) was about a week and a half ago and it was 277. Would love to be 235 by the time my anniversary comes around!

    I am using Excel, but I have no idea how to do the fat loss and all that like you see on some of the challenges. I just copy and paste the chart. Does anyone know how they actually insert the chart and do the fat loss percentage??? Any ideas, anyone?

    I'm in. Been counting calories only for 4 weeks. Feel pretty good now need to start exercising. This will help me get motivated to move! I LOATHE exercising. I usually weigh in on Tuesdays. Have lost 13.2 pounds so far. Make 40 by August 13...total weigh loss will be over 50LBS!!!!

    SD: 4/19 SW: Don't know. Wouldn't let them tell me
    GW: 122
    4/26: Missed weigh in because of job travel
    5/3: Lost 10.3 pounds
    5/10: Lost 3.2 pounds
