I've found the scale hates me and never shows progress. The only way I can really keep an eye on weight loss is to measure. Anyone else?

Hahah I thought you were asking about food! I always use my clothes and measurements Weight loss is nice, but when we're building muscle, we may not see any changes0

I'm just now realizing that measurements are much more accurate and rewarding to keep track of.0

I do both, the scale makes me pay more attention to what I do, its like a daily reminder of how I am doing, though I never take the scale to serious cause I know weight fluctuates daily. My real way of keeping track is through my clothes.0
