Meeting Your Calorie Goal, do u go over the other stuff?

I can't seem to focus on my calories, but only on my other stuff..

    I pretty much stay at or slightly under everything including calories, sodium, sugar, carbs etc...

    IM LIKE 300 CALS UNDER WHAT I SHOULD HAVE EATEN YET OVER ON MY PROTEIN I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS I JUST WATCH CALS AND FAT I CANT SEEM TO GET IT RIGHT EITHER

    If I'm under on calories, I am nearly always under on everything else - with the exception of protein and sodium. If I'm ever over, it's on those two things.

    I am usually below my calories and every thing else too. My problem is not eating enough calories which I know is very bad. I am working on it tho.

    the only way to not go over the other stuff is to not eat enough calories..
    and with going to the GYM, you need to eat back what you burn..
    thus going over the other stuff ..
    hense why i stay below the calories.

    I am currently 183 calories under my daily goal, but each column of carbs, fat and protein is at zero.

    That is mainly from the rounded figures that food has compared to calories, and the fact that my fiber one cereal is 60 calories, but has a much higher carb (they use net carbs for calorie counts).

    When I go over I make sure to have an equal distribution between the 3 areas.
