    WOW!!! you are a true inspiration swinnie. I too did every diet know to man and gained all the weight back. I switched to eating organic, counting calories and working out 6 days a week. I've managed to shed 33 lbs and I have 19 lbs to go to get to my 1st goal...yay! I just ordered the Tracy Anderson DVD's to do at home in addition to my gym workout.
