Restarting my diet, again.

i have no ground breaking insights, just that I want to feel better. I've lost the weight before, and remember how great it was to wear my clothes. I do feel a fresh outlook, thinking along the lines that I am the only one responsible for my health and well being, which is actually encouraging. My biggest downfall has been losing sight of the goal, and forgetting the whole motivation. But I'm going to add a new dimension, and that is doing it with others, not isolated. Thanks for listening.
