Slimming your lower body

I am looking for exercises that will slim and tone my lower body - what do you all do?
Right now I am losing a lot more inches in my tummy and arms then my thighs and hips. I am so happy to see a loss, but I would like to see a slimmer lower body. I know that ultimately it's about maintaining a deficit, but I'd like to focus my cardio and strength training a bit more on my lower half. Any ideas?

Well, you can't spot reduce. Your body will lose from wherever it wants to. Any workouts you do will help the muscles underneath, but you also won't build any while at a deficit, you'd just do your best to maintain what's there and you'll lose inches eventually.0

I recommend Brazil Butt Lift. My thighs are my worst trouble spot (30 years at a desk job!) and it has really made a difference in the shape of my legs.0

Genetics controls where you lose, not exercise. You're seeing good progress, keep it up and work more on your patience.0

Best you can do is follow the standard fat-loss plan of a calorie deficit plus full-body strength training. Cardio may be added to speed weight loss.

I said adding cardio while in a deficit speeds weight loss. Does it not?0 -
