Checking weight

Just a question please, I am wondering how often people are checking their weight. I am a person that needs to see results but i think i may drive myself crazy if i start checking constantly. Any tips

    Once a week, same day, same time, in PJs. Never any more, I give scale to daughter and she puts it in her room. Trust me no one in their right mind would in there after it. Otherwise I would be obsessed!

    To my knowledge, most people weigh in (and post it) weekly. I check daily and put in a weight weekly. :)

    I check every morning. Sometimes also during the day. Not sure why, but I am a bit obsessive about it. Healthy? Probably not!

    I weigh myself everyday... probablly not the best decision... but i only post my weight once a week...

    I weigh daily, or nearly daily. One day a week I count the results, but honestly, I get checked by my trainer once a month and I'm more interested in fat analysis (done with calipers) than the weight he records. I really don't care if I weight 170 pounds if I'm within the fat percentage goal I've set.

    I'm like most of the people who have commented...I check usually at least twice a day...just to see my fluctuation...but I only log it on here once a week...on saturday right after i wake up

    same here. I do weigh myself sometimes in the afternoon just for fun. LOL. It may be unsound but it keeps me on track.

    I check once a week on Monday morning - although I WANT to check everyday. I know that if the scaled failed to show a weight loss I would become discouraged and that would be a definite sabotage to everything I am working towards. However, since I need to see results often, I measure towards the end of the week on either Thursday of Friday. This totally works for me!

    i weigh every day, in the morning before and after my shower and before i go to bed at night. i'd probably weigh myself more often but my scale is upstairs and i'm to lazy to climb the stairs unless absolutely necessary.

    lol its okay i check twice a day too my scale lets me record for two users so i use them both i see what i weigh in the morning and i log that then i see what i weigh at night and i can usually tell what i will weigh in the morning cause i know how my body fluctuates
