Age: 24
Height: 1.59 m (5'2.6")
Start weight (1st Feb): 58.4 kg (128.5 lbs)
Goal weight (1st March): 57.5 kg (126.5 lbs) (*New goal: 57 kg (125.7 lbs)
*I'm setting new goal weight because my start weight was influenced by my monthly cycle - it went up for about 0.7 kg (~1.5 lbs), and I didn't took that in account when I was setting my goal weight at the start of the challenge.
Weigh ins:
1st Feb: 58.4 kg (128.5 lbs)
8th Feb: 57.7 kg (127.2 lbs)

22nd Feb:
1st March:
Weight loss/gain this week: -0.7 kg (-1.3 lbs)
Weight loss/gain so far this month: -0.7 kg (-1.3 lbs)
Struggles/successes this week: I actually didn't have any big struggles this week. The only thing that bothered me slightly was my weight fluctuating due to my monthly cycle, but honestly, that isn't such a big problem. My success for this week was staying committed to losing weight and not exceeding my calorie limit. The only things I have yet to change are my eating habits (more fresh vegetables instead of frozen, more fruits, less processed food), and I have to start exercising regularly again.0 -
I'm up for this.... Need to get me some motivation!!

Struggles/successes this week: Struck with a really bad cold so had lots of hot toddies laced with honey and brandy and also had lots of fruit. I also couldn't get to the gym for a week. I suppose given the amount of carbs & inactivity a 1lb drop is good. I hope that my next week can see me lose at least 1.5lbs but fear TOM will come into play.0 -
Hi everyone!!!! So how's the 1st weigh-in going? Had a quick read through and most people are doing really well. So well done everyone no matter what the scales say!!!

Weight loss/gain this week: -0.5lbs
Weight loss/gain so far this month: -0.5lbs
Struggles/successes this week:
A bit disappointed with only losing half a lb but it's better than nothing, eh? After 5 weeks off the booze, I've had quite a lot of red wine over the last few days....so that'll have slowed down the weight loss. Sigh....
I've done loads of exercise and stayed within my calorie goal (mostly without eating back the exercise cals too!) and I've stayed away from the sugar & wheat....I even turned down apple crumble at my in-laws house last night!!!!
So....7lbs to lose in 3 weeks....better step it up!!!!0 -

Struggles/successes this week: I'm annoyed that I didn't lose more. I gained a couple of pounds over Christmas and I just want them off already. I did pretty good this week with the exception of Tuesday, where I went massively over and basically completely overwrote my progress. Goals for next week: actually be consistent and hopefully start losing steady weight again.0 -

Struggles/successes this week: Plateau broken! Ok, a lot of this week was water weight, but I was stuck oscillating between 160 and 162 for days on end so it was about time I got my whoosh. More importantly, I'm looking leaner, so I'm doing something right. This was also my most active week so far this winter, and I'll be keeping that going this coming week.
Struggles? I'm not sleeping nearly enough. I'll work on that.0 -

Weight loss/gain so far this month:
Struggles/successes this week: Happy with loss but worried its coming off too quick, think will have to rethink goal weight. Am eating all my allowed calories including some or most of my exercise ones and some days all of these also, dont want to loose it too quick as looking for long term results rather than a quick loss however will keep going for this month as I am for now and then go on from there. I am using the exercise bike for 45mins-1hour each day 6 days on and then a day off so maybe I'm overdoing that a bit but forgot in my recent unhappy and unfit years just how much i loved cycling. Am shocked just how different i'm already feeling.
