    Struggles/successes this week: Happy with loss but worried its coming off too quick, think will have to rethink goal weight. Am eating all my allowed calories including some or most of my exercise ones and some days all of these also, dont want to loose it too quick as looking for long term results rather than a quick loss however will keep going for this month as I am for now and then go on from there. I am using the exercise bike for 45mins-1hour each day 6 days on and then a day off so maybe I'm overdoing that a bit but forgot in my recent unhappy and unfit years just how much i loved cycling. Am shocked just how different i'm already feeling.

    Weight loss/gain this week: I was down to 190.5 a couple days ago but didn't stay that way. I am a little disappointed but I guess that's what happens when I do really good for a couple days and then blow it over the weekend.

    Struggles/successes this week: I am still struggling with eating after dinner. I wish I could control the cravings but am just trying to eat as healthy as I can, trying new recipes and eating the right amount of protein, fiber and calories while getting vitamins.

    Struggles/successes this week: Mindless snacking (discovered Luna bar's Chocolate Cupcake flavor, I'm in trouble) and restaurants (went face-first into an amazing bowl of Pho last night, so much sodium...). But still feeling GREAT that I had a loss! 11.3lbs to goal weight.

    Struggles/successes this week: Lost quite a bit, much more than I anticipated. Could be partly due to not eating much yesterday (wasn't feeling well), although on Friday I ate pizza like it was my last meal... I don't really know, but I am very happy! :smile:
    Next week I will be off so no "mandatory" commute walking, therefore I must really focus on getting exercise in other ways to maintain my loss (or continue losing)...and since I am lazy and the queen of procrastination I am dreading this a bit. :neutral_face:

    Struggles/successes this week: I worked out hard this week, but work lunches screwed up my eating a bit. Also it's my TOM, so was surprised to see a loss today. Hopefully I'll be down more next week when I'm back to normal. I'm also down 1.5 inches :)

    I ate something yesterday that really disagreed with me, epic bloating and some other not so fun symptoms, so this number isn't going to be super accurate. Did have supper at the in-laws and managed to stay within my calorie limit which is a first!

    Successes: Not only did my New England Patriots win this weekend, I did awesome when it came to eating during our party. We had a lot of junk food, but I made sure we had healthy options and I stuck to that.

    Struggles: I've been really hungry this week. I haven't acted on it or went bananas but this week was hard (especially later in the week). Hopefully the feeling goes away lol.

    Struggles/successes this week: I am joining a week late! Have been a MFP member for almost 4 years- lost 28 lbs. but have been slowly gaining them back in the last 6 months. Need help and motivation!!!

    My weight of 145.2 on the 1st was actually a lower than normal reading - my weight has been fluctuating in the 146 range. Regardless, didn't lose any weight this past week. Just started the challenge yesterday so hopefully this week will be better!!

    Success this week: The first ten pounds is officially off! Woot woot! I used the elliptical three times and went skiing once. Meal planning continues to be key to stay on track with healthy work meals and snacks.

    I've been successful in making all of my meals for lunch this week, walking everyday, and making it to the gym 4x despite stupid deadlines. I struggled to control calorie intake when I was working late this week because work was buying dinner for everyone. One struggle was not stopping at 2 slices of pizza, one success was not eating a 4th.
