    Cut out as much carbohydrates as possible, instead introduce fruit and veg, if possible introduce apples & peppers these are proven to help lose weight as they leave you fuller, excerise as much as possible, drink green tea every morning and night (people say it tastes unpleasant but It doesn't really if I'm honest, I've been drinking green teas for the past 2-3 weeks and am already seeing great results!) Before or after intense workouts/exercises drink green tea (if you look up studies on green tea it will prove and show to you how green tea works) I'm also trying to lose weight for summer and have been using these techniques for 2 or 3 weeks and am already losing weight, it works for me and I hope it works for you :smiley:
