Eat at a caloric deficit, you lose. Exercise, you get healthy and help the deficit.

I'm not 100% sure what you are asking. Are you looking for like tips and tricks for not getting as hungry, or getting yourself to the gym, or are you looking for a diet plan?
  • Like for some good work outs , and also a diet plan . How many time to work out a day ?

You can lose weight without changing your diet; just eat less. I think it helps to reduce your intake of liquid calories (soda, alcohol, juice, etc.) because they don't make you feel full the way that solid food does. It also helps to eat more vegetables and legumes. But the bottom line is that you lose weight by eating fewer calories than your body needs, so that it draws on stored fat to make up the difference.

As for exercise, it depends on your goals. A good all-around bodyweight exercise routine can improve strength and endurance; if that interests you, check out Mark Lauren's books Body by You or You Are Your Own Gym. If you're primarily interested in getting stronger, weightlifting is the way to go (ideally, heavy barbells and dumbbells, not machines or little weights). Lots of people on MFP recommend Stronglifts 5x5 or Starting Strength (you can Google them). If you're primarily interested in endurance, then try running, cycling, or swimming. The Couch to 5K (C25K) running program is popular here too.
