Hi,
I was wondering if women 5ft4-6" could post their weight loss goals/success to help give me some idea of what an ideal weight for my height would be? Before and after Pictures would be awesome ! thank you

Don't know how to do pictures yet, but I'm 5'4" and I started at 180 and today am 150 slightly more than six months later. My goal is around 125 but I might change as I get closer to it and be happier with a little higher weight. I am lifting three times a week and doing cardio the other days. My favorite is cycling but in the winter I'm inside walking or on a stationary bike.0

I'm 5'4 and 49 years old. My original goal weight was 135 but once I got there I realized that I still have fat around my middle. So now I'm shooting for 130. It has gotten harder and harder the closer I get!0

5'4"
SW 160
CW 119
GW 1150 -
I'm 5'6".
SW 202.5
CW 148.8
GW 137-142
My goal is a best guess. I carry my weight in my belly so right now the goal is just to get to the point where I'm happy with that area.0 -
I have no idea how to post pictures but feel free to check out my profile. There are before and after pics in there.
I'm 5'4" and 44 years old. I started out around 150 and my first goal was 129. Just wanted to see the 20's again. Ultimate goal was 125, which I hit. I still have stubborn baby fat around my belly so I'm working on getting rid of that and lifting heavy to gain sweet, lean muscle now.
Honestly, unless I was to drop another 5lbs (which I have no intentions of doing) I will never have a completely flat stomach...and thats okay. I dont aspire to be a swimsuit model so it doesnt matter. Just fitting into a size 4 jeans is satisfying enough.
Good luck to you!0 -
I'm 5'4"
SW 162
CW 160 (Maybe 158 now)
GW 120
I got to 137 in 2011 but had some setbacks in 2013 which put me at my highest weight 162 ( I was 157 early 2011). Even at 137 as mentioned above, I also still had fat around my midsection.0 -
Cool, I'm starting to get a better idea now, keep em coming please0

Weight sits different on everyone, even at the same height, so it's always good to measure yourself (bust, waist, hips) as well to get a better idea of your loss from somewhere other than the scale.
Height: 5'6"
SW: 143 lbs
CW: 136 lbs
GW: 125 lbs0 -
I'm 5'4.5
SW: 183 (down from my highest at nine months pregnant, 205)
CW: 159.4
GW: 133-140 (depending on how I look and feel)
Planning to get to goal weight early this fall!0 -
5'4"
SW: 149
CW: 125
GW: 120?
I'm feeling pretty good at this weight, but am still trying to drop my body fat about 2%. I think I will be at 120 when I do. I have a before and after in my profile.0 -
5'4" or 5'5" ish (my doctors can't make up their minds)
SW: 199
CW: 185
GW: 120-130
Realistically I just want to be healthy and I want my body to be toned and strong0 -

SW 185
CW 169
GW 140
I have already got down to 149 once, it felt quite close to happy but it was getting incredibly hard to lose more. So I think less than 140 would not be realistic for me personally, especially when it comes to long term maintenance0 -
I don't have pictures but I'm 5'4" and went from 70kg to 60kg (my original goal weight was 63kg). I have an hourglass figure so I personally look quite skinny at this weight (my waist is 24") and my goals have shifted to recomposition, so I've been hitting the gym and doing heavy lifts and don't mind putting a little bit of weight back on if it helps me reach my strength goals.0

Hi I'm 5'4
SW - 182 (weight after having baby)
CW - 155
GW - 136
Am now 7 months post partum and was hoping to have all the weight off by 9 months, probably too ambitious now but I will get there! Once I get to 136 will reevaluate and decide whether can go lower!

Hi, I'm 5"4
SW- 168
CW- 161
GW- 145
I have quite an athletic build so I'd like to keep some curveture! Will decide once I'm at 145 whether I'm happy or not. Aiming for the end of spring- averaging at a loss of 1.5 lb a week at the moment on 1360 cals per day and at least 3 hours of exercice per week.0 -
Height 5'4
SW/CW (just started): 154
GW: 130. I was 130 for decades, even after babies, so it feels like my normal weight and it was effortless to stay there when I ate wisely.
Lowest weight ever was 115 but it didn't suit me, though it would look great on someone with smaller bones.
125-130 and very toned is my ideal for medium build.0 -
Hi there
I'm 42 and 5'5"

Will post before, during & after photos once I'm happy that I'm at the right goal weight!0 -
