Has anyone tried tabata? Literally a 4 minute workout... sounds too good to be true. Does it yield results or is it just bs?

I have done it and have done it for an hour. Each mini workout lasts 4 min and you do them back to back0

Oooo okay I see. But as a beginner, if I do like 12 minutes of it, is that still super effective or is it too good to be true?0

I LOVE tabata. Best full body workout! I take tabata classes at the gym for an hour. It's great for teaching "easy" workouts at home too. I honestly don't know why more people don't do it!0

Tabata is a mainstay of my routine for cardio and endurance. Do it full throttle and you should leave a small puddle of sweat after each cycle.0
