I get so hungry the week before my period... started having serious cravings on Friday and have gone over on my daily calorie allowance..... any suggestions on how to not go over and get some control over my cravings!?

I find tea really helps! It's my savior because you can get it in almost any flavor you desire. It keeps your hands and mouth busy and gives your taste buds something to savour.0

One thing that helps me with cravings is this recipe I found for healthy "brownies." Of course, they taste nothing like brownies, but are a combination of peanut butter, bananas, eggs, and cocoa powder. Still, the cocoa powder is SO rich that I find just eating one of them totally satisfies my PMS self-control issues
