Help with fitbit surge synching

I have a question about syncing exercises from my fitbit surge. They apparently dont sync on their own, and when I add them in manually it doubles my active minutes on the actual fitbit site and then seems to send it back to myfitness pal and gives me a greater calorie adjustment which makes my calorie adjustment very off. If I dont log it on myfitness pal I do not seem to be getting awarded my calories burned from the exercise so therefore don't see a great change in my calories left for the day, etc. Is there really no way to get around this?

I'm having the same issue. I've unsynced and resynced several times.0

Try removing MyFitnessPals access from the Fitbit site and disconnecting Fitbit from MFP. Just disconnecting on the MFP side doesn't remove MFP's access on the Fitbit side. Weird I know.
Other than that, you should just get a larger adjustment from Fitbit when you workout. The actual exercise logs don't transfer over, just the total calorie burn for the day does.0 -
It is syncing on my end. Make sure you download the latest iOS if you have Apple. What kind of phone are you using?0
