I joined MFP. I had lost 40lbs prior to joining but here I am 365 days later and a total of 134lbs lighter.....and YES I'VE LOGGED IN EVERY DAY!!

YAY me!!

    u are truly an inspiration and i love ur dedication. Anytime i feel like the workouts im doing are too much or i just didnt want to think about doing them period just to be lazy...i think of ur AMaZING transformation and it reminds me that i can achieve any goal as long as i am consistent.
