    Man, I hadn't seen this posted yet so I started doing squats! O'well, squats are done, I will try to get 200 crunches in as well!

    Mini Challenges? What a fabulous idea!
    It was 9:15 pm here when I started. I thought that this would be a cake walk...let's just say that I grossly over estimated myself. By 150 I was ready to cry. Broke a sweat and I am sure that I will be feeling this tomorrow.
    Well I got to 200 with ab muscles shaking like crazy. I feel that I have definitely earned the glass of wine I began sipping when I stumbled upon this post. Great challenge and great job everyone!

    Ok Im knew to all of this and especially to challenges . That being said I did attempt the challenge by doing standing abdominal crunchs and completed 120 . I was afraid I wouldnt be able to move tomorrow so I stopped there . Is that a gallant effort though ?

    I was very proud of myself and did 250 crunches while watching tv, between folding clothes. I did different variations and totally lost count, but I'm pretty sure I got to 250...Yeah ME!!
