Hi all,
I am new to myfitnesspal and have just entered my strength training completed for the day. Any one able to tell me why on cardio comes up with 'calories burnt'? Strength training does burn calories (of course in conjunction with cardio), just wondering why this wouldnt be included?
Katie!

I'm pretty sure you have to put it in under 'cardio' to count the calories. I'm not 100% sure but I think that the other part is for your own personal records, but if you want the cals counted you have to input it on the cardio section. I'm sorry if I'm wrong, but I remember reading this topic before! Hope that helps!
