I bike 5 miles and swim 80 laps and stay within my caloric intake and I'm still gaining. What am I doing wrong.

It depends on what your calories are at and how active you are. If you are very active Id say trying changing your calories. Some foods seem healthy but really aren't so that could be it also! Raise them about 100 for 3 weeks and see if it works. If you have any questions feel free to message me.0

Your food entries appear to be generic, off the label entries ... not weighed and verified. I'd also relook your exercise burns since those are easy to overestimate.0

Maybe switch up the exercises you're doing, say aerobics instead? I can't comment about the calories since I can't access your profile on my phone, but not being accurate enough can mean you're actually eating over your limit!0

Maybe you could try eating when you are hungry, I just sometimes eat to eat. So push yourself until hungry and drink lots if water!!!0
