How do you know what your macros should be in the first place? I'm 5'4, 135 pounds. I do cardio & weight lifting 5 days a week. My main goal is fat loss & leaning out. I'm just trying to lose that last 10 pounds. So what should I be aiming for my macros to be? Thanks so much for help with this!

    Check out the IIFYM website which has a TDEE calculator and recommended macro splits. You can then customise your goals here on MFP to match.

    I'm about the same size. I lost the last 10lbs (down to 124) through cardio & lifting...I have my macros set to 40 protein/30/30 fat/carbs.
