I find it encouraging when I find people with similar stats trying to lower their BMI in a healthy manor as well!

Female
Height: 5'7.5"
SW: 163
CW: 148.8
GW: ~130 (or wherever I feel comfortable and confident)

I am using a mobile app and I can't seem to add friends.

    GW - 135? (Or maybe 130, I'm not sure yet)
    I'm getting married in September, so that's been very motivating for me.

    And congrats on the weight you've lost! Looks like you are doing great. I'm finding that my weekly weight loss is starting to be at a slower rate the closer I get to my goal. I guess that makes sense but i wish that wasn't the case!
