Hi, I lost 20-25 lbs in a year using MFP 3 yrs ago, I'm still maintaining the weight, did not bounce back as I kept my swimming routine & healthy eating habits. I just turned 44 & start adding strength training couple months ago. I should expect a couple of pounds adjustment here & there as I develop muscle mass & reduce the fat. Any suggestions?

well done on maintaining
you might find the scale will bounce up a few pounds as it holds onto water to repair muscles but its temporary and will even out in a few weeks, any time we start a new routine or mix our workouts up that happens. Its not a real gain. Take your measurements because you'll find you will lose inches when you do consistently strength train0 -
This is what I thought too, thanks!0
