Tiredness the killer

Last night I did not get much sleep I don't know why but the last couple of days craving for sweet treats has gone up, I have been faithful to MVP and tracked everything on my diary. Was wondering if anyone has any tips when tired how to stop these 300kcal sweet treats.
Any tips or tricks as I know is the tiredness that is making me crave this would. Feel free to add me. I am looking for a good loss when I get to 100 days streak on MVP.

    Take a nap if you can. Maybe take a break, put your feet up, and have a cup of tea with an appropriate snack if you can't.

    Unfortunately I have been unable to take a power nap :( Think I will try and have a mega early night and dream of getting back on track.

    Keep healthier snack options around. I keep salted caramel nature valley protein bars in the cupboard to satisfy any sweet tooth cravings. They are 190 calories with 10 grams of protein.
