So I have plateaued and a trainer at my gym suggested I switch up my workout. Now that I have started weight lifting and participating in more classes offered at the gym, I need a accurate way to keep up with my calories burned...any suggestions on a good, not overly expensive HRM??
Any advice on pushing pass my plateau would be greatly appreciated as well!!
Thanks friends!!

I've been using Polar HRMs for years. You get can some of their FT series watches for under $100. They're pretty accurate when it comes to calorie counting.0
