Eh. Looks like just yet another meal replacement shake. Save your money and just eat at a calorie deficit. It's a whole lot cheaper and probably better for you as well.0

Buy a basic protein powder (I like Trutien. Usually 120 calories and 20+ grams of protein) Add ice and fruit and some liquid (I like coffee.). Blend. Will be cheaper, last longer, and have a better nutrient profile.0
