Anyone into their weight training out there?

Hey guys! Looking for others that are looking to lose weight (I've got another 70lbs to go this year), but who are also really interested in their weight training.

This year so far I've done minimal cardio (half an hour a week), 4 weights sessions a week, and have dropped 28lbs, and counting!

    I'm doing about 3 hours cardio and 2 hours of weight training a week. I have lost 52 pounds since August and without losing any muscle mass.
