Hi, I'm new to My Fitness Pal. So many features!!
I'm loving it already, although I'm still trying to figure it all out.
I live in the Phoenix area of Arizona. Anyone else in that general area?

    I'm also in the Phoenix area. I've been tracking diet and activity with MFP for almost 6 weeks now and find it very helpful.

    I've been on MFP for awhile now. When I am diligent I take the weight off, when not so much I semi-maintain. I am currently down 26lbs at one time I was done 33lbs, but back at it.
