I'm not new to this App but I'm finally getting back on MFP, looking to add ppl on here to help motivate progress from day to day. I'm looking to loss weight while gaining muscle and eating right. I started working out again at the first of the year with a start weight of 219 and have gotten down to 206 as of last Friday. So here's to a new year and a healthier lifestyle
