Suddenly allergic to cheese?

hey guys
so im 21 yrs old and vegetarian w an egg allergy
and recently, ive been noticing that i react to cheese... but only certain kinds. the more mold they contain the more i react. last week i had some special type of cheese and immediately felt like puking.
the week before that, i went to some expensive restaurant and ordered a truffle mac and cheese. i dont know what kind of cheese they used, but i definitely had a bad reaction. and apparently truffle (mushrooms) contain mold too.
and in december, i went to a vegan restaurant where i ordered this bread thing that came with a spread made with nutritional yeast. i had a few bites and again, immediately wanted to puke. my throat and tongue felt irritated. i was really surprised and wondered if there might have been traces of egg, but now im connecting it together and realizing that nutritional yeast contain mold as well.
does anyone know why i might suddenly be having reactions to mold-containing foods? especially cheese? could it have anything to do with having consumed at least 1 whey protein shake a day, everyday for the past year? could it be a symptom of something like leaky gut or candida overgrowth? if i eliminated these foods from my diet for a few weeks, do you think my body will tolerate them again?
edit: i should note that i am also allergic to mold, but i have never had a problem with cheese all my life. could this be my mold allergy worsening? and why?

See an allergist. No one will be able to (or should even try) to diagnose you.0 -

I will say that every time I ate shrimp/shellfish, my symptoms worsened. And this allergy sprang up out of nowhere for no reason. But it would be impossible for anyone but a doctor to give you any answers.0 -

This. Not a naturopath or other alt med practitioner, but an actual MD who specialises in allergies.

are you still allergic to shrimp/shellfish?0 -
+ 1 at seeing an allergy specialist. We can't diagnose you here.0

I'm sure. A few years ago I ended up needing emergency medical attention for it after a party hostess told me that the seafood dip didn't contain shrimp.
The sucky thing about allergies is that they sometimes arise out of nowhere (I was 27) and worsen with repeated exposure. Don't play around and eat more cheese. See a doctor.

I will also add that there is no way that I am going to test it out.0
