Hello everyone! I'm tired of being overweight and I have tried everything except this. I think I'm serious this time. Need a lifestyle change

I started using Fitness Pal in October 2014 and keeping track of everything I put in my mouth. I haven't lost a lot yet started at 240 and here 3.5 months later. I am at 215 without doing much more than keeping track of my foods. Days where I am feeling extra motivated, I will do the 8 minute workout videos.. 8 minute abs, 8 minute legs, 8 minute buns. it's old school, but works for me and easily found on youtube for free. i'm hoping to be healthy enough this summer, to venture outside in shorts and a tank. by the way, I'm a 51 year old female
