Looking for cheap yoga classes, ideally Hatha Yoga. Any suggestions?

    I don't know where you're based so I can't really help you. But there are some great yoga instructors on YouTube I really like Yoga with Adriene. https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene

    Look up the yoga journal website - they have lots of instructional mp4s by different instructors. If you're looking for a real live teacher, the cheapest way is normally your local council-run leisure centre. I have a £35pm membership for unlimited classes and they have yoga every night of the week.

    Just finishing the Yoga with Adrienne, I'm on day 29 of the 30 day challenge.

    It's free on YouTube and even though I am a complete beginner I've found it really easy to follow and fun to do.
