What sports bra's do you use? I'm currently a 34H and have shock absorber and it's good but still noticing lots of bounce and straps are starting to rub on my shoulders and cause them to be painful. Just wondered what you all use?

I usually use Panache or Freya underwired. The Panache one works best with the clip at the back fastened - not so comfortable but seems to keep things tighter. None of them seem to work perfectly. I've heard good reports about Enell and bought one after recommendations here, but I didn't think it worked well with my size (small band, large cup).

I was going to answer Shock Absorber ... I find they're the best, because they're also pretty comfortable. I don't think there are that many brands out there. Maybe look on the Bravissimo website what brands they have and find it in your country. Bravissimo is a great shop for big chests.

I have a couple of shock absorbers and get the extreme impact one. That's the only one that works for me and I'm a similar size to you (34FF/G). I do find I need to replace them every 12 months depending on how much I've used them.

I like M and S high impact sports bra's, they quite often have them in at my local outlet store and when I was in on Friday they has another 20% off their sports wear.

    I'm a 36F, and I just use two sports bras at a time. I'm cheap though :)

I'm only a DD, but I find that it helps to swap bras so that I'm not wearing the same type on consecutive runs. While I really do love my Shock Absorber, Moving Comfort probably holds everything in better and does so very comfortably. (It's my top choice for long hikes up and down hillsides, for example.)

I'm 32H and I find that the Panache high impact with underwire works best. I clip the straps together and that greatly reduces bounce. Also, the Freya racer back ones are nice, but they're really hard for me to get in and out of.

Thanks girls I had a look yesterday and like the look of the Panache under wire one. :)

Panache for me! Most flattering sports bra I've ever owned. I have shock absorbers too and prefer the Panache for comfort and appearance. I've had a Royce one that was very supportive but it was a cotton mix and discoloured horribly.

Girl I got huge bazookas, like two damn watermelon were stuffed in my chest. Anyways I buy all my bras from Nordstroms, workout ones too. They run like $68+ each, but hey a girl's gotta do what she's gotta do, to get those chesticles under control.

I typically wear UK brands like Freya. I always double up and that helps.

I am 99% sure you've already done this, but on most Shock Absorber bras you can adjust the shoulder straps, and usually there's at least 2 back clasps you can adjust as well. Just because I was silly enough not to think of this once before buying a new £45 bra unnecessarily :(
