I am in to my second week. My biggest problem is.... I am a nurse and work rotating shifts. How do people eat right when your system is always confused?

I think as long as you eat in moderation, count the calories, have enough rest & workout.. it should be ok..

    ^^^^^ what this guy said

doesn't matter when you eat as long as you eat well and keep track of what it is you are eating. plenty of rest (if you can) and lots of water.... good habits are the key, once you start good habits it becomes second nature

    Heidi,
I struggle with this as well! I am also in my second week and am feeling great! I figure if i am working thirds (when i normally sleep) i have to sleep for 6-8 hours at some point in the day. I just switch up my meal times. I know that I am in control of whats going on with my body, and wont let switching shifts get in the way of my success. No worries, you've got this!
    Cheers!
