this site is a tool, and how well you use it is, of course, ultimately up to you.
get a food scale.
weigh and log everything.
dont look for quick fixes. consistence and patience are the keys.
theres no need to eliminate any foods unless directed by a dr. to do so.
you cant "reboot" your body or "jumpstart" your metabolism.
your organs cleanse you just fine.

If you're honest with your logging and truly put forth the effort, you'll be successful. There will be weeks when you lose and weeks (or longer) when you don't (I'm currently dealing with that right now). But you have to keep going if you want to succeed, even when it feels like all your efforts are for nothing. Weight loss isn't linear and it's not going to come off overnight. Be patient and good luck!
