I'm back again but struggling just eating healthy

    Just eating healthy is also what I am trying to put more work into as well. We can do this!

    Don't try to overhaul it all at once. Since Lent is approaching next week, I remember one year, I was trying to think of something to give up. My "worst evil" at that time was I was drinking about 5-6 cans of Coke just at work. SO, I gave up soda's at work. Man, the caffeine headaches were awful!!

    Think about what the 'worst offender" is - whether it's grabbing breakfast at a fast food place or not having a veggie at lunch, or not drinking water - then make that change. The changes you make after that will only get easier.

    Not to mention it's easier making small changes one after the other than a TON of BIG changes all at once. (Which always seems to blow me out of it right away.)

    Hang in there Run. I am [slowly] easing into this and portion control and exercise are my focus. Feel free to add me if I like. I find having friends on my home page helps motivate me
