I'm a little skeptical about this app. Has anyone had success with this? I'm an avid jogger; Looking to tone and tighten, lose maybe like 10 pounds by April. Need an accountability partner to help. Trying to teach myself a healthier way to eat. I also like to lift weights. Strong is sexy. Any nutritional tips, recipes and work out tips would be greatly appreciated. If you stand by me, I'll stand by you.
