I've completed my first week using my MFP! So far so good. Now that I am using the app more, I would like some friends to help keep me motivated ! Nursing friends as well! That understand the crazy shifts we work. Add me!!

Keep going! One step at a time, you don't need to get there in one week. Focus on the process and not the destination and you will get there!0
