Hope this works? 1st pic was May 2014 and 2nd pic was just now (after a long day at work lol) have lost 20lb still got another 40 to go. CW is 168lb. Can actually start to see a difference. Only been seriously losing since January. Xx

Holy moly, that is a big difference for just 20 lbs! Way to go! Hopefully you mean goal and not cow, lol, otherwise you need to be a little nicer to yourself!
