I am really in love with CalNaturale's Svelte Protein drinks... they're the only ones that really do fill me up and give me sustainable energy. But my question is for all of you protein drink lovers out there... when do you think it's best to drink them? Morning, Noon, Night? Why?

Best time to drink them is probably after your workout as they aid in repairing your muscles. I'm using Phd Whey Protein and it's great. I have one scoop in the morning somtimes and then 2 scoops after workout.

I have a protein shake for breakfast. Great way to start the day and sets me up to burn energy all day! Keeps my appetite in check.

I don't exercise at all but would protein shakes help me with weight loss anyway?
Or is it just to aid exercise?

They are a good way to increase your overall protein intake without adding a lot of carbs and fat (check the labels though, as not all brands are low in fat). Protein helps keep you satisfied, and also takes more energy to digest than either carbs or fat.
