Color vibes got me going

So it's been nine months now that I cryed out to the Lord to help me want to be all that He created me for. I did my first 5k walk Color Vibe here in Aurora. I wouldn't have even considered it. it was totally a God thing. next I went for my yearly check up and my Dr got in my face and told me I had a choice now to be diabetic or not. I decided to stop eating sugar .then my daughter showed me this great tool. I'm working out three times a week and trying hard to do what is benifical for my health. God is so faithful when we try to serve Him
