I already introduced myself see loads of people from America and a good few from England just wondering is there anyone from Ireland??

    Hi I'm in Wexford only started Friday and that day didn't really count I guess last few days have been quite good. I did this whole calorie counting thing myself 4 years ago after my son was born and it worked for me then. But I got lazy and weight just went back on as it does LOL!!! Anyway loving this site I have to say has really helped with late night snacking if I want something I check the calories and it normally puts me right off. Hopefully I can keep in up. Will add you as a friend we can help each other.
