Hello,
New to my fitness pal. So far love it. I live in Wisconsin! Looking for Zumba for exercise but dont see it in the data base. Probably high impact aerobics?

    Hello and welcome!

    Best thing you can do it purchase a heart rate monitor and create your own zumba exercise so that your calories are accurate :)

    i agree get a HRM if you can - but in the meantime log it as high impact aerobics
